STAY AWAY!!! We purchased an engine for a customer... These guys offered a warranty for an extra $200 (said, "don't worry... anything happens, we'll take care of it)... Unfortunately, one cylinder of the engine failed (started making a rod bearing noise approximately 800 miles later/less than a month)... They told us that we had to leave a deposit to get another engine, but they said that the engine was not covered under warranty because it overheated (the engine never overheated and how can they know when we still have the engine?!!)... It's true what Aaron said... They sell you extra warranties for extra money, but they don't honor them... THEY WILL FIGHT YOU ON ANY RETURNS... THEY'RE NOT HONEST... STAY AWAY AND AVOID HEADACHES!!!
Excellent customer service, they bought & picked up a project car for my friend's widow, treated her very nice and paid top $$ for the car.
the man on the phone was rude ans rushed me off the phone saying " no we don't remove those parts" and hung up.. I will never give them business again.
I got a transmision for my mini van and I what an excellent choice. Will recomend to everyone anytime.
