        I initially wrote this review, but the length was that of a short novel, so instead I'm electing to summarize to the best of my ability what transpired at Advanced Car Stereo.

        Over the course of 4 visits, my approval went from being absolutely disgusted with this place, insisting never to return, to being overjoyed with the work that was done. Virtually all of the credit is to be given to the owner, Ramin, who from a place of humility and great responsibility, recognized a problem and did everything to take care of it. Kudos to Ramin for getting his team back on the right page and doing a great install job! Because of Ramin's business sense and responsibility to exercising great business practices, I will gladly return here for my vehicle needs.

        It literally went from the worst install job I've ever seen, to every single one of my concerns being addressed and fixed.

        STAY AWAY !!! Horrible custome...

        STAY AWAY !!! Horrible customer service. I went there last Monday to have them put some lights on my car, dropped it off at 10 was told an hour at the most. I didn't leave till 3pm. While Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias in the front kept telling just a bit longer meanwhile Jesse James was in the back texting Kat Von D or one of his 19 girls. Prices are HIGH and the customer service is awful, save yourself the headache.

        Well first of all the reason I was texting is I was waiting for gaberal as u called him to go get the lights from r supplier??i can't work on ur car if I don't have the parts??so don't take it out on the guy working on ur car?i didn't sale them to you!i didn't take ur money!and I didn't tell when they will be done!!its like that at a lot of shops ?so just remember who talked to you?who sold you?who took ur money?and who told u what time it will be done?if I had the parts when he sold them to you it would of been done an hour or less!!!

        I live in Oregon and purchased a radio and speakers off advancedstereo.com. Best prices by far compared to other online car stereo websites. I had my radio and speakers within 2 days of ordering. I'm telling everyone in town about this site. It's very user friendly. The girl who runs the site, Jessica is such a sweetheart. I had called before ordering to ask some questions about the products and she took the time to walk me through a few different radio's til we found the one that best fit my needs. If you want a great online experience i recommend going through them.
