Massage Envy - Riverdale

Both my mother and I were dissatisfied with our experiences here. We both got 60 minute facials and wanted to relax. The esthetician talked my entire facial instead of allowing for a relaxing experience. At the end of my facial, I was expected to buy at least one of the products used on me, they were forceful and very persistent even though I said I didn't want to purchase anything. My mom who went in after me, was shorted 15 minutes of her facial even though we paid for 60 minutes she was only given 45 minutes of a facial. The ladies at the front desk were very unprofessional talking loudly about other clients who were getting massages or facials. To top off this review, the actual facial experience was subpar. The estetician kept yawning and sighing in between talking. We Will not be coming back.
