Trubuilt Construction

I used Networx to find someone to build a new drawer for my kitchen. The following day, I received a text from James of TruBuilt confirming my needs. He asked what day he could stop by and take measurements. I gave him two weekday choices and the whole weekend. He never responded. The following night, I reached out to him again. He used the "my phone died" excuse as to why he never responded back even though a day and a half went by. He asked if he could stop by the following evening. I responded right away, giving him the benefit of the doubt. I asked him to give me a time when he could stop over....I never heard back from him. If James and TruBuilt did not want to do the job, he should have said so. I had two other companies call me and tell me the job was too small. I greatly appreciated them being honest and actually calling me. James and TruBuilt has wasted my time and seems to be unreliable and unprofessional. I gave James a few opportunities to either stop by and do the job or to tell me he wasn't able. James decided on the unprofessional method of ignoring a customer.

I dealt with James. The owner. He was fast to get back to me with a price on redoing my paver patio. They were as neat as they could be and he did personally oversee the work until complete. Took 3 days but it was a lot of work. He did have to adjust the price some but in all fairness, I could see his point AND was willing to honor his price initially given. This is a big deal. I can respect a man that handles it the way he did. I would recommend him to people I know for at least the type of work he did for me. Thank you James.
