This place is horrible do not send your loved ones here. My mother went here with a broken leg, in addition to her broken leg, she was suffering from Cancer, and had recently gotten a tracheostomy because the Chemo had affected her vocal cords. This place stated they could take care of trach's, but when she got there they didn't know how to get up the heated trach collar, and the nurse threw the equipment and walked out. Obviously this scared my mother, and with her anxiety was having trouble breathing. Thank goodness she was taken back to the ER, until we were able to find her another place. Not even 24 hours I went back to get her items, including her speaking valve and nobody knew what happened to it, they had thrown it away! Do not take your loved ones here!!!

Ok, I made a mistake.

My father was there one night. During that time $50 of OTC allergy meds got lifted as well as some if his clothes.

Took 30 minutes to get someone to answer the call button. Resulted in clean sheets.

Pricing was like a five-star resort.

IMHO, go elsewhere.

This facility has numerous issues: Poor communication, horrible food, antiquated equipment; very slow response time for patients (average response time is 25 minutes). There isnt an intercom system so a blinking light with slow response time is alarming. No way to distinguish if this call light is an emergency. Staff is limited and mostly unavailable. The claims of Medicaid applications and financial assistance should be treated as suspect. This facility is just a place to bring your aged loved ones to be ignored until they expire.
