Cooperative Nursery School

The coop is an all around wonderful preschool. I searched FAAARRRR and wide for a preschool for each of my children. The Ridgewood Coop was hands down, my favorite! I am a teacher and have high expectations. I wanted the perfect combination of warmth, play, and academics. This school is it! The teachers are all absolutely amazing. They work so hard to create a wonderful learning atmosphere where each student is cherished and made to feel important and special. There is enough free and guided play so that the students are not pressured or "confined." Yet somehow, they are able to weave in plenty of academics and kindergarten readiness skills. The physical atmosphere is cheery, warm, organized, and CLEAN. The "personal" atmosphere is just as amazing. The staff and families are all incredible. I have met just as many of my best friends at the coop as my children have. This is definitely a school to check out!!!
