Shaw Chiropractic Center

Like many, I was skeptical about the benefits of chiropractic care until a friend introduced me to Dr. Shaw. While understanding my doubs, Dr. Shaw sat down with me several times and logically explained to me how and why it works. Well, after having pulled something in my shoulder and/or neck in the fall of 2007 that I was unaware of until it instantly landed me on my knees in tears (out of the clear blue) and medication that was meant for someone twice my size did not make it go away, I decided to give it a try. A few adjustments later the pain was gone. I have seen him for many things such as: shoulder/neck pain, upper/lower back pain, headaches that wouldn't go away, to even just a few weeks ago I had a sharp shooting pain in my leg that caused me to walk with a limp. After one adjustment and some stretching it was gone, without ever taking any medication. I am only 31, so for me to go for me to try to go walking during my lunch break and wind up literally limping back to my truck for no known reason is a pretty scary feeling, as it would be for anybody. I have walked into his office like a pregnant grandma (hunched over and waddling) on several occasions, due to my own stubborness, and been back to walking normally after a few adjustments. So, does it work? Dr. Shaw made a believer out of me! For 2 1/2 years now, istead of running to my PCP for every major ache or pain and him giving me some medication (chemicals) to mask the pain (but not fix what caused the problem in the first place) I go to Dr. Shaw. Unfortunately, life causes the need for some medications, but why create another reason if it can be avoided with a few pain free adjustments? Thanks your all you help Dr. Shaw!

Ive been seeing Dr. Shaw for 2 years now. He's very knowledgable and caring! He keeps me out of pain and in alignment which is priceless! I couldn't ask for a better chiropractor.
