It was busy and full, but we waited for a while and landed a table. There was a staff person cleaning the table next to us. He REALLY cleaned it well--not just a wipe down. That made me feel good knowing they teach the staff to be thorough. The food is not like typical Americanized Chinese Food. It must be authentic because I've never had food like it before. I like to try new things--so I enjoyed it. I will go back again soon!
