Glen Allen Towing & Recovery

The receptionists were rude and impatient, they set up an appointment and said they called repeatedly, however, I had no missed called on my cell phone. They then went on another call and left my car there. I would not use them ever again for towing and suggest that you do not either. Horrible customer service on the receptionist end. Fletchers towing was kind, generous, courteous, and showed up within 30 minutes. I suggest you give them a call if you were to ever need a towing company!

This company and the employees I came in contact with are very nice, courteous, and helpful. I was in a bad situation when my car broke down and wouldn't run. It was freezing cold outside and they had someone there in less than 30 minutes. I have to say that if my car ever breaks down again (and I hope it doesn't) they will be my first thought. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I had an excellent experience with this company. If I need any assistance in the future I will contact them again. I would recommend these guys if someone needs assistance.
