          We collaborated with our neighborhood friends Väsen on a Baltic Porter and drew on their Scandinavian roots, naming it Eldig, which is the Swedish translation of "Ardent." Featuring a roasted malt aroma and notes of toffee, caramel, and dark chocolate, Eldig Baltic Porter is a full-bodied, cold-lagered beer that embodies the Swedish spirit of "Lagom" - perfect balance

        • Hopfenweisse, Wheat Beer - Other 4.9% ABV 12 IBU Ardent Craft Ales
          Hopfenweisse, a dry-hopped wheat beer, is a hybrid style honoring both German and American brewing traditions. Building on a classic German wheat base with Tettnang hops, then finishing with a modern American hopping schedule, Hopfenweisse pours a cloudy straw color with mild, grassy aroma and delicate body. Flavors of pear, vanilla, and clove round out this bright beer with a clean finish. Prost!
