        I booked my appointment for November 4, 2019 for the hours between 8am-12pm. The technician whose name I won't disclose did perform my service. However, he informed me that my bedroom and living room would cost the charge of two rooms. Also, when I noticed that my $25 was not applied (a promo running at the Richmond Hill Stanley Steemer office) he informed me that it was in fact taken off, which it was not! He then told me if he applied it he would be in trouble. I informed him that I'd be calling the office to confirm. I am a disabled veteran (100%) of the United States Army and I feel as though I have been duped and money was taken from me fraudulently, that I don't have to just give away frivolously! In addition to this, I've been waiting on the manager at that location to call me ALL day. I've called the main customer service number at least 5 times. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint! Hopefully none of their other employees are conducting business in such a way as to deceive their paying customers
