        can't see why they've been in business so long

        oh yeah that's right, from ripping people off, they have the HIGHEST shop rates & can't even put in a simple thermostat in correctly, then to top it off, charged me for an hour & a half fire labor because that's what ' book ' says it takes to do it in. when I did the job RIGHT in 20 min
