The Remodel Architect- Brian Porter

We are in the final stages of a fairly large remodeling project, converting a ceiling-constrained gameroom over the garage to a full ceiling second-story room with stair-accessible loft. We chose Brian Porter as the architect based on a friend's recommendation and had instant rapport when we met. As anyone who has remodeled will tell you, you have to work around a lot of what's already in place - not an easy task. Brian developed very innovative cost-effective solutions that were also very esthetic and compatible with the rest of the house. He was always prompt, responsive, and great to work with. He was also very diligent in ensuring the design met both the Homeowner Association's code and city building codes. We would highly recommend him as an architect for anyone considering either remodeling or new design work.
