Buyer beware!!! This guy Michael mccaffrey is a crook! Has a revolving door of subcontractors and I made the mistake of walking through it. I built 300 feet of fence for him which by the way the homeowner is "impressed" with and this dirtbag decided not to pay me... at all. And dont let him tell you it took 2 weeks like he tried to convince me of. Leaving a few 16 foot 2x4's and a couple of pieces of trim (with the homeowner's consent) over the thanksgiving weekend because it would have been too dangerous to put in my truck isn't 2 weeks. Sure the job took 2 extra days due to rock, root and limestone throughout the entire backyard but in my industry that happens and unless you have an x-ray machine there isn't a way to know until you dig but this little guy wouldn't know that because he has never built a fence in his life. I should have known better because on day one he went on a rant about the other contractor I work for and tried to convince me to get his contract because he wanted to "take him down" as he put it. I'm still waiting for my money and this is the slowest month of the year so the damage he has caused my family with his scam is significant but I don't want to say how bad because knowing the type of person he is it'll only bring him joy and satisfaction to have hurt someone. Don't let this guy do this to anyone else and don't let him ride the hard work of others for his own personal gain.

I called for an estimate. I asked for linear footage costs. The person I was speaking too says " I don't do that" and hung up on me.
