I contacted this agency to provide care for my father and was excited to get her help. Deidre. we scheduled to meet and she had an emergency which is understandable. It happens. Her office called to let me know and said she would call to reschedule. I wait patiently for several days since I didnt know what type of emergency she had. When I called back I left a message that I was trying to schedule for my dads care. Everyone that answered was always so nice which made me want to work with the company that much more. After two weeks and not hearing back and knowing from the employees that she was back in the office and also calling ehr cell phone with no response I decided to try again today. Well her daughter answers the phone and has a tantrum because I said it was unprofessional for her not to call. She told me her mom was very busy... at the time I didnt realize I was speaking with a child who clearly was only defending her mom. Very disappointed and still no help for my father
