Revere Check Cashing

I called revere check cashing to find out there location and I asked the girl on the phone 3 times and she kept saying "Ya" everytime , it sounded like she was speaking gibberish, so eventually a lady named Michelle got on the phone and I said to her as a joke "do you speak English"her exact words were "Ya I speak f*cking english and so doesn't she".....after that she hung up the phone on me.. when I called back I said "sorry if I offended her I just couldn't understand her...it was a joke" Michelle then continued to swear at me and hang up on me again..every time I called back she would pick up and hang up....this went on for about 5 times.. I tried apologise and she wasn't having it..I'm not gonna say I'm not.at fault but the way this lady acted was completely unprofessional...the only reason I said wat I said was because the original lady sounded like she was speaking gibberish....Michelle swore at me and had no class...I asked to speak to a manager but he was away...I will be speaking with the manager when he returns..I do not recommend this store the employees are extremely rude and do not care about customer satisfaction

yesterday i came in to cash a check ive been in this check cash before. And have cashed checks with no problem now i couldnt cash my check because my check didnt have my jobs name on it so i told her ive cashed checks here before and never had a problem so she looks it over with the women that usually cashes my check soi say again ive never had a problem this women always cashes my check this doesnt make any sense as im saying this the women danila moldanado say in a rude voice well i just explained it to u i felt belittled at this point and felt like she was talking to me like im a moron i might have been rude about the way i asked for my check back but at that point i was angry so i said oh really well now u can give me my check back plus ur name plus a number to call and complain about u she gives me her name and as shes writing it she puts 3 firm lines done under it like she was eritated with me we have a few words before i walked out and i left now wait this gets even better so i call the number she gives me the same woman i want to complain about picks up the phone i ask for a manager and she says well she just left shell be back in a few moments so i call back and the manager picks up the phone i couldnt really understand her broken english at first i was like hello im sorry what did u say after i min i could hear her so i start to complain and out of no where she begins yelling at me and telling me ur disrespected her employee and to never come back in the store and that she was right there when it all went down so im like wait so u were the women sitting next to her she didnt responed she was like i always cash ur check and ask u the company u work for dunkin donuts im not suppose to cash ur check but i do ok and then hangs up on. But just gotta say 1st if u were the manager why didnt u try to correct the problem when u saw it and sec off to avoid all of this put together just told me from the start that u cant cash it and i would have never come back in
