Republic Palms

I have lived at the Republic Palms apartments since 2021! I have enjoyed living here and appreciate the quietness and cleanliness of the complex!

I really enjoy living in the 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment complex as it makes everything spaced out without feeling cramped. I especially enjoy the large living area and large master bedroom. They stay up on abandoned cars here that take up the resident’s space which is nice.

Lived here 5 years. Property Manager and Maintenance Staff are the best. Always available, friendly and helpful. Property is well kept, never had any issues with neighbors.

Republic plams has been home for going on 7 years. Its safe for families and pet friendly. The people in this community are pleasant. Dont get me wrong you get a stinker here or there but over all its been good.

My wife and I have lived here at the Republic Palms apartment complex for several years. We like it here. The location is really nice and very convenient.

This is the best apartment complex I'm town with the friendliest staff as well as neighbors! 💯 I highly recommend as it will far exceed your expectations!

Lived at Republic Palms for the past year and with moving last fall to the area, Republic/Springfield have a lot of housing with varies prices. This one was perfect as it's right off the main drag of Republic and a quick drive to Springfield. I've been really happy with my apartment and maintenance has been quick if there's an issue. Management can be a tad hard to get ahold at times and appliances could be due to be updated, but that comes with apartment living sometimes. Renewed my lease for the next year and am happy I am.

Republic Palms Apartments, a Wooten Company, of Republic MO are great place to reside.
A single bedroom is right at 900 square feet with a laundry room, carpeted bedroom, manufactured wood flooring, complete kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
The only service you must pay for is your electric bill. All other services, to include pest control, yardwork, and maintenance are included with your rent to include wi-fi. You will have to buy a router for internet or streaming services, but this is normal for any apartment rental.
The manager, Lisette, strives to ensure that the tenets’ needs, concerns and problems are quickly and efficiently resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
These apartments are well located in Republic and I’m only a couple minutes away from several major stores/restaurants and about 10 minutes away from my place of employment.
If you are looking for a new residence, I would highly recommend you tour these apartments. Once you’ve seen how nice they are and what you get for the money compared to other facilities I think you will be impressed.
I’ve just renewed my lease for another year and will probably be doing so for many more years to come.

We have had a great experience with Republic Palms! They have been quick to respond to any issues and easy to work with. The pool is an added feature, along with water, internet and trash included!

The staff is wonderful especially eli and lisette a lot of ammenties and upgrades. Quiet place great for kids and families. Close by lots of shopping and restaurants.

I have live at republic palms for about 6 years now . I have had no issues living here and the office is really good with communicating when something will be done at your apartment. The complex is pretty quiet for the most part with no problems. ( current resident Kenneth Houston )

Resident of three years now and we love the well maintained grounds, the friendly staff, and the location! Republic palms is within walking distance from shopping, food, and gas stations which is great for our family. Can't wait for another year of living here!

We have lived in the Republic Palms for about 3 years now. The apartments are modern and spacious, with many amenities (fitness center, pool, fiber internet - to name a few). The property manager and maintenance staff are always helpful and quick to respond. The location is quite nice with Wendy's, Andy's, and Whataburger across the street, and you can find good coffee and an Aldi grocery store within walking distance. I have always felt very safe on and around the apartment grounds. Overall, we are very happy we chose the palms for our first place.

I have lived in the Republic Palms since 2019. It’s a wonderful place to live. Great neighbors, a pool and great high speed internet. It’s conveniently located near the schools and many of the newer restaurants in town.

This is a nice place to live. The apartments have modern appliances and spacious rooms. The courtyard has plenty of grass for pets and a playground for kids. There is also a nice pool and gym that residents can use. It is within walking distance of Wal-Mart and plenty of fast-food restaurants.

We just signed our third-year lease. Management is nice. The neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet.

This company is great and this is a great place to live. Love the free internet! Been here 3 years now!

My wife and I have lived here for about a year now. Excellent and clean family areas as well as very professional and friendly staff. I would recommend living here to any of my friends and family!

Staff is great! Nice quiet area. Great sized apartment for the price! Great and safe area to walk dog!
