        Scratched the Interior of my Car

        While installing the tint on the back of my brand new car, the Auburn location scratched the rear panel behind and in between the rear seats. This is made out of the same material as the dash board, and unfortunately there is no way of fixing it. It was not just one scratch either, there were multiple scratches. When we went back and complained to them, they denied it was them!!! No one else has been in the back seat since purchasing the car a week ago. After arguing with them for a while they said, "well it is in writing that we are not responsible to damages to vehicle while installing tint." True, I should have read that before, and even then who would have thought they would have done such a terrible job, but i guess who would guarantee sloppy work.



        I would have been ok if they atleast try to pay for some of the cost o freplacing the panel or refunded a percentage of the tint job, but they did not even bother to ask.

        Loved Them

        This place is fantastic and professional, my window tint job was bubbling and Jerome was able to find a way to fix it with a discount due to a film warranty that he had researched and found. Would recommend this place to anyone, it is worth the drive if you don't live right in Renton.
