U.S. Social Security Administration

After waiting through a lenghty menu, and finally getting to a point where I was hopeful to speak to a real person, as I have questions regarding a pending retirement that were not addressed on the web site, at least I couldn't find them, the mailbox was full and no other options were available. It instructed to call back later and hung up. Needless to say I am not impressed.
