Famous Dave's

Food was great as well as the service. The one complaint we have is regarding them seating an older couple behind us with their DOG. The dog was brought in with a baby carriage. Dog was taken out and placed in booth the dog then began to shake causing dander to float thru air over to our table on to our food. We mention the situation to manger and his reply was sorry but nothing was done with couple and dog. Dogs should not be aloud in a restaurant leave them at home

I really enjoyed the Texas brisket they served, great flavor and the Cheesy Macaroni with jalapeño was very tasty.

I consider myself an expert in BBQ as I've been to many cook offs around the country. Famous Dave's is at the top of my list!

This place is an overpriced joke that opened in Reno. It's mediocracy at it's finest.

We waited over an hour to be seated out in the cold along with a hoard of other people, when there seemed to be alot of table available and they just sat on their hands rather than seating people.

When you finally get seated you wish you weren't. What is with the overly loud blues and screaming employees and the stupid bell that when rang on the way out motivates them to yell somemore. If I wanted that I would eat in the middle of a punk rock concert.

ANNOYING!

Finally as if through some miracle or divine intervention, we finally got the food we ordered, and should of walked out. Dried out pork, an infants portion amout of brisket over a piece of bread and some 2 day old fries in which the menu refers to as Famous. The only thing edible was the cornbread and corn, which really weren't that great.. The rest we had to drown with the overly hyped sauces that they have on the table. We assumed that's why they have them is to drown out the taste of their food, The bill with just having sodas was way to high for what's served. We could of had steak at a real restaurant.

My advice is skip this place, and save your money.
