        Overall

        They were able to provide same day service. When a simple repair turned out to be more involved, the technician did not hesitate to stay late to fix the problem. Our well is now functioning beautifully. Austin, the technician, was courteous and helpfully answered all my questions. It was a pleasure working with this company and we will continue to use them for any future well maintenance needs.

        Overall

        I have used the Bruce McKay company twice in 3 years, Once to replace a long worn out well pump and once to fix the controls of a house well system. In both cases they were a pleasure to deal with, sort of old fashioned in a new world of scams and deception. Our experience was the best that could be expected.
