The shop was founded by Bob Hitchcock. Bob came to the valley from California, with him he brought a knowledge of repair and a work ethic that has served the valley well for thirty plus years. His knowledge has been passed on to his son Matt Hitchcock who is the current owner since 2000. In the last eleven years Matt has taken Industrial Electric to a new standard of excellence and opportunity. Industrial Electric has a well trained staff of 13 employees with over 150 years of combined experience. We are a EASA certified repair shop and a Baldor distributor with over 150 new motors in stock. We carry all of the parts necessary to repair a substantial and diverse population of motors in a prompt and efficient manner. Industrial Electric has become accredited in buying and selling motors across the United States which helps to give us the ability to fill our customers needs at a much larger scale. Although things have changed over the years the one thing that will always remain the same is that Industrial Electric will continue to develop and make the necessary changes to provide our customers with the most economical choices in the motor business, without sacrificing quality.
