Design-build tenant improvement of a 66,000 SF office space which includes a 6,500 SF garage for vehicles (VDL). The garage involved installing multiple in-ground car lifts capable of supporting 10,000lbs. Overall, the project consisted of private offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, private showers, fitness center, new core restrooms, raised access flooring, and a Customer Experience Center. Construction started as the base building general contractor finished the contracted warm shell condition and continued while the tenant improvement progressed. Although a few of the base building rooftop mechanical package units could be reused; new 50-ton rooftop package units were required to support the new office space.

Demonstration of an active Training Program that includes complete and accurate records containing the number and names of employees trained in: OSHA 10 Hour, First Aid/CPR, Competency in Scaffold, Excavation and Fall Protection; Other Training.
Irrigation Systems
96,000 SF tenant improvement of a two story building included MEP upgrades and pre-action fire sprinkler system, a 1,200 SF food prep area, restrooms/showers and site work package were also part of the scope.

Carpentry
Girls Garage is a nonprofit design and building program and dedicated workspace for girls* and gender-expansive youth ages 9-18. Founded in 2013, Girls Garage is the first-ever design and building workshop for female youth in the United States. Through after-school and summer pathways, Girls Garage provides free and low-cost programs in carpentry, welding, architecture, engineering, and activist art to a diverse community of 200 girls.
