Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group

Dr. Roger Rains was my Dr. for almost 6 years. I had the best experience with him and with his staff. Unfortunately Dr. Rains has retired. The new staff and current Dr.'s in place with Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group at 245 Terracina, are rude. The recptionist, if this is what we want to call her, was callous, mean, uncaring, she alone has ruined my relationship with this medical group. I know I wasn't the first, because at the same time, she was rude to a patient on the phone. As I know, most of Dr. Rains previous patients were elderly, and having elderly parents myself, I know the extra care, and guidance they need at times. With the way this receptionist was talking to patients, you would think she was the president of a company. This person, receptionist, appointment setter, needs to hope and pray someday, her parents or family are not treated the way she treats patients.
