Tree Removal
On the day i called to inquire about the services, the phone was answered immediately. as pete was coincidentally in my area, we set up an appointment within the hour and he showed up within the expected time frame. after i explained my situation (a tree removal due to outdoor plumbing issues) he assured me he could do the job. he was willing to coordinate with my plumber, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease about the job. he gave me a written estimate and we made plans to get in touch in a day or so. as usual, life never goes the way we plan it, and i had some issues that prevented me from being able to do the job in its entirety. we had a lapse of communication for a couple of days on MY part not his. he followed up with me and when i again explained my new situation, he agreed to complete the first half of the job and we would complete the second half at my convenience. he immediately took down the double trunk palm tree, cut it into manageable pieces and put it on my swale for pickup, as we had earlier agreed upon. we then tentatively scheduled the stump grinding for a later date, per my convenience. pete was extremely easy to work with, personable, and flexible. i was impressed and thankful that he agreed to split the job in half, without even a moment’s hesitation. i am planning on using his company again for some major clean-up work and would definitely recommend him to others. .
