Sandpointe Apartments

Very nice, quiet apartments. The onsite management is very helpful and attentive to any problems in units that need immediate repair. The laundry & excercise facilities are kept very clean. The landscape is well maintained, on a weekly basis. However, the landscape irrigation needs a serious overhaul- many areas could use drip irrigation. My only complaint is the mice and rat problem we have had since day one. We keep our apartment scrupulously clean, however there are neighboring fields where they come from. I found a large roof rat in our hot water tank closet. Terminix visits the property twice a month and has addressed the problem. The real problem is, management won't spend the money to place proper field rodent traps to catch them before they wander to the apartments. Plus they need to eliminate the 2.5 inch gap there is below each water closet door so rodents wont come in!! Other than that, this is a quiet, neighborly place to live... our neighbor is awesome.
