I have a really big problem with persons that work with the public, if you don't like people don't work with them, I had a very rude experience while taking my van to this place, the men in the garage never said hi or good morning, he proceeded to the door and pointed his coffee cup and says to me it says to start here like I was an idiot, it was also posted on the front office hours were from 8-5 no where did it say that the smog had a different office on the inside, if there is one thing I can't stand is RUDE people, try not to treat people badly they won't come back no matter how good of a deal you may have going on.



They don't even deserve a star, but I have to mark one to submit.

Took my 1990 Jeep Cherokee in for a smog test 3 days before Christmas. After waiting over an hour and having the smog test done, they came back and said there was no check engine light coming on when you turn on the ignition. Said they would have to do some research to see if 1990 model year requires it. SIX HOURS LATER, After making us wait there all day, they finally attempted to research the issue and said that it should have a check engine light and failed us even though emissions were well within range. Merry Christmas to you too! Whole day wasted and still no smog. The next morning I took it to a referee station where it took them all of five minutes to tell me that the check engine light was not applicable until 1991 on my model and all their books clearly state this. Do yourself a favor and don't go to A1 smog on Bechelli unless you want to waste a whole day dealing with incompetent people.
