Griffith Energy/Burnwell Gas

This is the worst propane company. They have failed to deliver propane mulyiple times due to what they call is a shortage, miscalculated our comsumption, so when we call ti get an emergency delivery tgey charge $245 fir 6 gallons of propane only if the tanks sre 0% fuel, they tracked myd throughout my house and lied. Told me they wouldn't charge for an emergency delivery, but they do anyway. They will nit msintsin their tanks. No gauge to let them know when we need fuel. Keft ys here in a 50 degree house for Christmas. This company doesnt care. When I voiced my problem to customer.service I didn't get anywhrere, in fact they were rude and told me to take my business simewhere else. My toes are frozen, no way to cook. Be very careful this company only cares about money and customer.service is rude and nasty.
