To start it took 3 phone calls to initially get a date for the first cleaning. The first day the cleaning time showed up 25 minutes late causing myself to be late for work. The day of the initial cleaning they somehow forgot to clean all the hardwood floors which cover 1/2 of the first floor, clean the toliets and clean under the bed. On top of that one of the cleaning persons damaged our furniture. After a complaint, they came back out to reclean. The person who damaged that furniture never told the anyone about it until the issue was brought up. Due to the furniture was so badly damaged it had to be replaced it took at least 15 phone calls and period of 3 weeks to even get a response from them concerning the replacement of the furniture. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!
