Brenda's House Cleaning

She is a joke. Very unorganized! She sends employees to these houses and makes us take care of her dirty work. If someone requests 2 people, she will send 1 and hope that person is ok with it. She loses payments and blames it on everybody else. She promises hours and you never get them. Dont depend on her for hours, you will be in the street. I think she is bipolar. She goes off on her employees for stuff they did not do! Stay away from her! She will stab you in the back when not looking!

The cleaning crews were fine, but the business is a different story. If you use Brenda's pay by check, they offer credit card payments but you have to badger them to get a bill. I finally got tired of call them for my bill and stopped using them. They had not sent me my final bill after two phone calls (1 cleaning). The next thing I know, three and a half months later, they turn me over to a collection agency. I call them, they finally billed me, I paid the bill that day and three days later I get a call from the collection agency. If this continues, I will be force to take legal action.
