I had an a/c unit installed and does not work 4 years later. Having a 5 year warranty does not help because paying customers are serviced before returning to service a paid unit already installed. The unit first started by leaking, not working and now not maintaining 72 degree temperature when hot out. An A/C UNIT is for when it is hot out. Service call are made and unit still does not work. It took 1-1/2 years for a broken part to be replaced that was quick fixed. The Unit was installed January 2009 and as of todays's date the unit does not work efficiently because can't maintain a cool temperature in the summer. Last I heard from was June of 2012 and was told that by Bobbi that he does not know what the problem is and that it is not a service problem. He was to contact a rep. to come look at unit. After 4 summers of waiting for working unit, I still have not heard from the company.

Called a few days in advance for an appointment. Confirmed date and time. Drove 50 miles to the property. After 30 minutes, I called to ask where he was...no answer and he still has never called back. That speaks volumes about how he does business in my eyes!

I've had them several times - they always respond within minutes! Today they were here within 20 minutes from my call. They really are great people to deal with!

called for emergency service because we had no heat and it was 5 degrees outside. they NEVER returned my call.
