        worst hotel there is the staff...

        worst hotel there is the staff is rude not friendly i was goin in the elevator n i think it was the housekeeping supervisor i was goin in the elevator n she got on it n said to me i will send it right away i think that was rude they need to get some behavior n class training i would never go back there the manager is never there when u want to complain about something plz change the management in that hotel worst Hotel..........

        Worst hotel I ever dealt with

        The night before my wedding they lost my reservation and then wanted to charge me more money for a different room . They wouldn't honor the rate that we had rooms blocked off for our guests. The manager did not call me back until the day of my wedding when it was too late. We stayed at the holiday inn where they were very understanding and more than willing to help and gave us a great rate.

        Best Hotel Ever!

        I live the Courtyard by Marriott. I was employed with them, I was treated with excellence, I always enjoyed my stays with them even after I left due to the birth of my daughter. If I were to return back to that industry, it would always be with them or another Courtyard.
