Americas Best Value Inn Rawlins - Closed

When we have came to stay the front desk rep. was really nice and she was fast at helping me get checked in. Vanessa was her name I do believe. But the beds were uncomfortable, the housekeeping did an amazing job and cleaned up really well. The next morning was awful, the managers were too caught up in themselves. Which is unprofessional! I have never stayed at a place where the managers are together. Shouldn't their affection stay within their home? I did ask for their names and I had written them down. Linda and John. I will now on stay at a hotel with more better qualities and are professional. Where did the old management go? They seemed to handle things much, much better.
