My daughter was Rapid City, 700 miles from home, when she had car trouble. The first repair shop did some work but recommended D&F for an electrical issue. She called them to see if they could help and to get an appt set up. The guy she spoke to was rude and condescendng. He showed absolutely no concern for her situation, said she could drop it off and he'd see when he could get to it and AS HE HAS BIGGER JOBS, HE USUALLY CHARGES DOUBLE FOR SMALL JOBS. Needless to say, she found another business. The second one was extremely helpful, found the problem within a few minutes and had her back on the road. I wouldn't recommend D&F!!

I would do business with d&f again. my air conditioning and head lights are working great. very knowledgable staff.

Today I went in to get an estimate on the blinkers on my car. When I explained the issue to Chad the guy at the desk he just started throwing numbers at me without even looking at my car. He was also less than friendly. In the middle of our conversation he walk back and answered the phone without saying excuse me so I took that as being dismissed. I went across the street and was treated with the respect and great customer service everyone should get. I have set up an appointment to get my car fixed with them instead. I would not recommend D&F to anyone!
