They did a great job on my tint. Bought the coupon online and was able to get an appt quickly. Dropped the truck off before work and picked it up after hours.

I have had a very good experience with polarized auto. This is the 3 truck I have had him tint and love it. I have also hade the wife's car tinted also and she love it. I would recommend his tinting to anyone.

Had my rear window tinted and had no issues with my appointment or with the window tint, it looks great. I did not use a groupon or a special coupon, I called and made an appointment, dropped the car off and I was called when it was done. If you know what you are looking for and can tell them exactly what you want, you will have no issues. If you are looking for a polite lady to help you at the front desk, you will not get that here, these are guys doing a job. They don't fool around with niceties. I actually prefer that. I will be taking my summer car back in the fall to get the side windows tinted.

I read the reviews about the company but came to think of all the people that do get good service and do not take the time to write a review. I had my windows tinted by them, they explained everything over the phone so I had no surprises. There are state laws that are required to follow, so I think it's odd people would complain about that when its the law. They were very polite and answered all my questions. I would recommended them and go back for other services.

After 3 calls and 2 voicemail's, it took complaining to groupon to get a call back. In total 7 calls during business hours and not 1 was answered. I would hate to see what it would be like trying to deal with them if you had a problem. They made a huge deal that my truck couldn't drive 15 minutes home to my heated garage due to the window tint. Yet they closed 2.5 hours early and left my truck outside in the cold. A 15 minute drive voided my warranty but 2.5 hours in there parking lot wasn't an issue.

They told me I scheduled an earlier time when I arrived at 1pm and then said they couldn't fit me in for another month. No confirmation email just a she said/he said scenario. They made little effort to negotiate a new time. Wasted my day. Do not do business.

Really a BIG WASTE OF TIME. I called Polarizauto before buying their window tint coupon to confirm there would be no issues with law enforcement. I provided details about my car, a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (no mods, only OEM auto), and was told no problem, the job would take about 5 hours, come on in. I arrive and vendor tells me they would not put on even the lightest tint available because the car windows are already tinted as much as is legal. The fact is the level of original window tint is barely perceptible. The vendor rep made no effort to clarify with his coworkers, made no apologies, only said I should contact Groupon. Don't bother calling them - chances are high you'll be misled. BIG WASTE OF TIME.

Worst place to get anything done go. Charges extra and doesnt even get the job done had to take my arlarm to street scence in brooklyn for them to properly by pass auto start so i can lock with remote

Took way longer to install than promised, sales guy ran through the instructions so fast I could barely keep up, 2 way remote works, but battery goes dead constantly, when I have called and left at least 3 messages to get some questions answered I NEVER received a return call. Very arrogant guys and just treated like a number not a good paying customer. Very dissatisfied and would NOT recommend

Quick service, fair pricing and warranties. I read through the past reviews, which are all OLD.. and it sounds like very opinionated people who don't know a lot about the products they bought before they bought them. Almost every car needs a bypass module in order for a remote starter to work.. in the fine print it says that....and it costs more.. because car starters are not a necessity.... sigh.



I got a car starter from here and it has been GREAT!! : my winter lifesaver, especially if you have kids!



Tint is high quality too!

VERY HAPPYY!!! We had a remote starter and a full auto detail done on our car. The people there were super friendly, knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything to us. We dropped our car off and appointment time and was done when we were told it would be. I would recommend this company to anyone I speak with. Super happy and satisfied with our service and the people there

I went to polarized auto for the $49 standard detailand my car was returned to me with the windows dirty the whole interior was sticky and wet and dirty look like they didn't even vacuum before they supposedly steam cleaned the seats and floor they didn't even vacuum the trunk they put my floor mat sobbing wet back into my trunkand when it was time for me to pay I had to run to Caseys gas station to get change because they were on able to provide that this place is horrible very unprofessional I would never recommend going here
