        Our highly qualified staff is committed to excellence, compassionate care, and prevention. In doing so we seek to empower patients through education, home exercise programs, and options for rehab-based personal training for maximal success. Our staff specializes in the following: Physical Therapy; Pediatric Physical Therapy; Custom Orthotics; Sport-Specific Training; Personal Training and Small Group Fitness; SASTM Technique; Active Release Training; Functional Movement System; Fit For Golf; Dance Medicine; Postural Restoration; Spinal Care. We treat pediatrics to geriatrics, surgery prevention to post-surgical rehab, acute and chronic pain. Goals for our clients range from competing in a marathon to holding a grandchild or simply walking without pain. We have sought to build a practice of skilled clinicians that can provide expertise for populations across the lifespan with all types of conditions. Our goal is that each patient leaves our care with a manageable home exercise program that is going to maintain a proper level of flexibility and strength to prevent further issues.         Trinity Wellness Center is exceptional in offering and delivering professionally developed personalized physical therapy. All of the employees I encountered were compassionate, courteous, respectful, and patient-focused. The entire staff is extremely mindful of safety and cleanliness and the physical therapy I received from Chris and Morgan has truly enhanced the quality of my life by decreasing pain and increasing function. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the first truly pain-free nights of sleep I have enjoyed in a very long time! Highly recommended!

        The Physical Therapists at Trinity Wellness are extremely passionate about their profession and strive to help every patient to the best of their abilities. Their knowledge about the human body is evident and they explained to the patient why certain exercises were beneficial for them. The center is clean and organized and there are multiple side rooms offering more privacy. Trinity Wellness sees patients of all ages from toddlers to seniors with a variety of cases. I highly recommend going to Trinity Wellness Center.

        Trinity Wellness Center is hands down the best practice in the Triangle. Along with having the best staff and facility, it will be assured you get the best care possible. Their interactive and hands-on approach allows the patient to feel comfortable with the physician. Trinity's mission truly reflects their day to day efforts in helping people of all ages!
