Stone Systems of Raleigh

I’m shocked at the bad reviews here...although they are from some time ago: My wife Karen and I say this about Stone Systems of Raleigh. The office staff always returned calls and were polite and had great follow through. Installers were on time, clean and respected our home. Stone Systems even allowed us to see the huge granite slabs and choose the 2 we wanted . When we had what to us was an important issue to solve the head of marketing and sales drive over 40 miles to come to our home in Harnett County and made recommendations that quickly solved our problem! Stone Systems already had our money and yet they came in full force to help us. Karen and I recommended Stone Systems to our daughter and they were quick, competent and kept their area clean. Friends and family are in awe over our unique granite counters and these counters have lifetime seal and are so easy to clean. This granite pattern was formed millions of years ago BEFORE the dinosaurs! And now a piece of earthly formation is drawing attention in our kitchen for our lifetime and beyond. Stone Systems of Raleigh is an absolute joke. I started my countertop project with The Home Depot in Burlington, NC. They contracted the work to Stone Systems of Raleigh and from that point forward it was nothing but problems.

The company doesn't communicate with customers. There is no oversight and they were a week late to install my countertops. On top of that, they were over an hour late for the install and didn't call to tell me until it was 30 minutes past the latest arrival time.

They had to work in the dark to make cuts and the work was terrible quality. I have never done business with such an unprofessional company. Now I have to get with the Store Manager at the Burlington Home Depot to see what compensation I can receive.

As a member of the United States Military it sickens me to know that I used my hard earned money from deployment for this trash service. Stone Systems of Raleigh doesn't respect their customers and they do not deserve anyone's business.

What a terrible experience. They cut my counter incorrectly and now want me accept their incorrectly formed counter. I am 8 1/2 weeks pregnant with no sink or workable kitchen and they left me with nothing and have not returned my call. Juan took the incorrect measurements/order, Todd (installation manager) says there is nothing he can do about it and Dan the GM hasn't called me back. Shame on them.

Terri Cieri — 1 starAvoid Stone Systems-- sloppy workmanship initially caused countertops to be uneven at joints. When we finally got someone to come out and fix them the shims were left exposed and the metal sink jury rigged in place. Two years after initial installation the sink fell into the cabinet below. A call to the office responded that their responsibility ended at one year after initial purchase.
