Romantic Torture Tattoo & Piercing LLC

I got my favorite tattoo yet done by Mike Smith at Romantic Torture. He is such a talented artist and I will be going back to him for any future tattoos. The other staff are very nice as well and the establishment is clean. Definitely would recommend.

Have gone here for all my piercings and they have never let me down, they also have very reasonable prices too for piercings.

Horrible experience. Disgusting owner. Just go to rock & roll - save your money. It's not even worth it.

I got my snake eyes of my tongue which swelled for over two weeks .. The shop did not have mouth wash before or after which increases rate of infection...just went to another tatoo shop to change my barbell to a longer one since the one I had was migrating and sinking into my tongue. Several other shops says piercing was placed wrong had it done by owner who basically gave me zero aftercare instructions!

My original intension of visiting romantic torture was to get a triple forward helix. Walking in my friend and I talked to a guy at the front and asked him about whether or not we would be able to receive a double or a triple due to the sizes of our ears. He went to the back and got the piercer who said we would need to look at it. We asked if we would be able to look at the positioning of the marks before deciding whether or not we would be doing the double or triple. He replied smugly with "yeah after you pay and fill out your paperwork". I felt it was odd to pay for a piercing before receiving it and made a remark about that to my friend. I was utterly shocked when I heard the man and woman at the front desk who worked there mock me mentioning "well of course you pay before you get the piercing"...actually I have had other piercings and I never pay before receiving the service. When I was back in the room with the piercer I was very curious in regards to the positioning of the bars (which are too big). No matter the question, the piercer was very frustrated with me and did not thoroughly answer my questions. I ended up receiving a double helix and he mentioned "no refunds". So basically he was saying I had to get another piercing or I would not get that money back. He did not go over care instructions so I would hate for someone inexperienced to receive a piercing here. I felt rushed to leave right after the piercing and he did not say much to my friend and I before we left. I do not recommend this shop to anyone...not even my worst enemy.

I got my nipples pierced here Friday for $20 each, best price I've seen. The guy who pierced me really knew his stuff, he walked me through the process, explained everything and it calmed me down ...I bought h2ovean for my aftercare and so far? No issues, it didn't even hurt to be honest, it was so fast, I just closed my eyes and it was over , I'll be back for more!

I love this place!! Mike (the owner) dud my very first tattoo, a purple rose on my lower belly. He was gentle and made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous! The shop is very clean and I made sure to see his tattooing license before we started. The price was reasonable and I'm in love with my tattoo, I'm already planning my next one and it's only been a week. I highly recommend RT!

I got my belly button pierced at Romantic Torture in December 2011, and they were so nice, I was pierced by a girl, I don't remember her name but she works(ed) at Warlocks too. That time was nice, everything was nice. I wanted my nose pierced a few months back, and I went to RT, bc they were good last time and it was cheap. This time wasn't anything like last time, there were two guys at the desk, and they were helping this Indian couple find a tattoo on the internet, they didn't even greet us for one. We stood there for a good 7 minutes before anyone asked us "what can I help you with?" I said "I would like to get my nose pierced" and they said "ok" then went back to their conversation. That made me upset, then I stood there for another 10 minutes while they continued to ignore my presence. Suddenly a group of young white girls walk in, they loom about 16, and the two guys ignoring me, turn into the nicest people when this group walked in, they got a greeting and everything. At that moment I knew that they weren't going to help me bc those two guys were racist, and I just cried on the way home. That was the worst experience EVER. Smh, and WARLOCKS IS BETTER !!!!!!!!!

Awesome shop!! Beautiful , clean looking shop. I feel very comfortable here, all the artists are friendly and the piercings start at 10$! I got my belly done for 10 bucks. I highly recommend this shop.

- why wont ya'll answer the phone ? I'm trying to figure out information about this shop & ya'll cant even answer the phone . You have bad customer service and you should not have a number to call if you are not going to answer it !!!!!
