I would like to take a moment to express how lovely and personable my experience has been with Planet Beach at Brier Creek. The staff is WONDERFUL, very friendly, caring and efficient. They are always happy to help you, ask how you are doing on products, and more importantly they do not pressure you to buy things. They are always warm and friendly. I enjoy speaking to Jennifer and the other ladies at this location when I tan in the evenings. If you are looking for a pleasant, clean, friendly and informative atmosphere.. then you MUST visit this location. North Hills is also another great choice.
NEVER go in this place! They are the worst. I contacted them because they started harrassing my sister over her membership fees. She had just been diagnosed with cancer. She is facing thousands in medial bills and a lot of tough treatment! The manager I spoke with was actually really nice and worked something out with us to cancel her contract. But they went back on their deal with us and sent a lawyer after her. The lawyer ripped her apart and even said she didnt care my sister may be dying, the couple hundred dollars they are owed is more important! PLEASE DO NOT REWARD THEIR CRAPPY PRACTICES!!!!
PS I had to give one star because this site wont allow no stars!
