Debby's Hallmark Shop

I have been shopping at this store for 22 years. I remember walking to this store as a little girl with my dad and visiting friends that worked there as we grew up. Tonight I stopped by a little before closing time and their doors were locked but there were still customers shopping inside. I knocked on the door and told the lady I had a small fast purchase to make. She replied that they were closed and walked away even though it was before their posted closing time. I was surprised that a local store that only sells frivolous stuff that no one really needs would turn away customers. It appears that even local small business have lost the sense of what real customer service is. After 22 years of being a loyal customer I will NEVER shop there again.

Worst customer service! My daughters and husband went in to buy Mother's Day cards. One of my daughters has on shorts from Old Navy and the security beeped when she went IN the store. After spending $80,my family left the store and the security beeped again. They continued out the store KNOWING that is had beeped going in. They were followed into the parking lot and rudely spoken to. My daughter tried to explain and the employee was rude. We have also walked in and the sensor has gone off and we were SCANNED. PLEASE...do you think I am bringing in American Greeting cards? Be aware that certain stores put those annoying tags inside clothes to be cut off after a purchase. People forget one and your security will go off. NO NEED TO SCAN AND CHASE PEOPLE into the parking lot. Especially loyal cusotmers. This is one loyal shopper who will go to a different Hallmark store or buy American Greeting cards!

This store has the best customer service of any store in Raleigh. I am always impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of its representatives.

Best Hallmark Store that exists in the Triangle area - lots of gifts - get ready to spend time looking around as there are so many unusual items there - they even have a US Postal service that is open late and on weekends for stamps and shipping AWESOME!!!

The largest Hallmark I have ever been in and there is even a Postoffice in the back. Nicest employees ever.
