Avoid this place,

These people lack the experience needed to perform vehicle modifications

These people are not in business for your best interest, they only care about taking your money not the customer, and I’ll tell you why here's is my experience.

At the time I didn’t know anything about lifting a jeep and deathwooble, but I knew I wanted my wj lifted 2.5 inches. So I went to these guys because that’s what they specialized in . “or at least I thought”....! First off these guys lied to me and I mean bad. I clearly told them many times “as in every time I spoke to them on the phone before ending the conversation with them… (“Make sure you guys get the heavy springs I don’t want to do this job twice”) I wanted the heavy springs on my jeep they completely did not listen to me and ordered the soft spring kit and installed it on my jeep. When I told them it was too soft of a ride during the test drive, they told me”the company doesn’t make heavy springs anymore they only make soft spring kits because no one buys the heavy kits”. I found this very hard to believe so I called the company OME and asked them and of course they said they never stopped making the heavy kits (They where trying to avoid re-doing the job.) So Four wheel drive parts completely blatantly lied to me. No people….! There was not a break down in communication It was a flat out blatant lie “Just to make that clear” I know the difference. So I had four wheel parts replace my soft kit with a heavy kit. 4 wheel parts suggested that I replace my entire front end for the 2.5 inch lift, so I did. It cost me a total of $3,500 dollars for the lift labor and replace my front end that they say needed to be changed out, I went to the dealer and they said the parts that 4 wheel drive parts company said to buy does not need replacing and that I should save my money. I bought the stock front end parts any way just so 4 wheel parts cant say that I didn’t do what they said needed to be done incase something was to go wrong. So the lift was done with all new stock parts new track bar, ball joints, tie rods, and other front end parts I didn’t even know the name of. So I drove my jeep for about 2 months and guess what people….?! That’s write…! The dreaded death wobble. so I had to take off the lift and I had to pay for that. After learning more about lifting a jeep in more detail and what someone needs to do to lift it correctly without death wobble. I realized these guys didn’t know what they where doing. Why would they lift it and use all factory parts for the front end instead of reinforced stronger after market parts and bushings. I came to these guys in the first place thinking they would guide me in the right direction to put a lift on correctly by them figuring out what needed to be reinforced and what didn’t, being that there the expert on lifts. I finally drove back to this shop and I asked them why would they use factory parts? Then he told me “because its better” I asked him if its better then why did your work fail? That’s when I realized these guys are clueless and are out just to take my money.

These guys had me sign some lawful papers in the beginning before they did the job that stated if they could not assemble the lift correctly and the vehicle gives death wobble and I get hurt in the jeep I cannot get a lawyer. No I am not making this stuff up. This was before they did the job and before I knew what death wobble was…

“If they felt this way about there own work before doing it then why do the job?”

If you want any work done to your vehicle don’t go here you will regret it. These people will not steer you in the right direction. I’m typing this letter to help steer any other would be customer in the correct direction.
