        Overall

        the water is brown and nasty more than half of the time.. they have been "estimating" my meter reading for nine months and triple billing me. they are crooks and criminals under the rule of the hypocritical so called "christian" mayor andrea pendleton... christians like that are the reason so many people turn away from God!
