Hoity Toity

Hoity toity has a fun selection of clothing, they usually have great service for there regulars, however the return policy even though I have never returned anything is completely unacceptable. I have never returned or even exchanged anything because they dont allow returns oly exchanged which is enough to shut down a business.Its a bug turn off and out weights the great clothing, low costs, amd convienant location. Months ago an item they had back ordered amd set aside for myself they set aside the wrong color amd acted very unaccountable for there mistake which was strike one for hoity toity. The need to understand Nordstrom and Costco ate successful because of there customer service and that can and willmake or break a business. Im sure there not aware that there unreasonable return/exchange policy has hurt them more then returning poor quality items or items that did not work for the CUSTOMER. What they need to remember and I recommend to customers is us a visa or MC. At least they will back up amd defective time purchased with either card and that way its a billion dollar company going head on with the little guy. Visa and MC will dispute charges and win if hoity toity does not allow for returns. Its not there call. They sign agreements when accepting these cards that they will im good faith resolve any customer quality complaints. I hope for the customers sake they address this large problem. There only hurting there own pocket.
