        Hearthside is an Old World term for a house pet. A hearthside dog or cat was allowed the luxury of its owner’s home. It could lounge by the fireplace and bask in the warmth of the blaze. By living inside it became a member of the family. That is the role pets have for us, and for you. We are a small private facility; fully licensed and insured, striving to carefully tend to the pets entrusted to us. We are pleased to offer facilities for both dogs and cats. We offer boarding for dogs, cats, and caged animals. Facilities feature indoor-outdoor 24' runs, heated kennel building, optional playtime, large cat enclosures and kitty condos, all competitively priced. Discounts are given for stays of 3 weeks or longer. There are no extra charges for giving medications, nor for special diets. Located in the South Hill area of Puyallup.

        Our house sold very quick and we needed to board our animals. The closing on our new home was over two weeks out and hearthside was local and available. After visiting my animals several times I was really glad I chose them for boarding. My cats were placed in a large enclosure together to help relieve some of their stress, and they have a large fenced area where I could exercise my dog.
        Very affordable and great care. Every time I came by the owner was doing maintenance and the facility was clean. I will use them again.

        This is definately a home away from home for your loved family member. Your pet here will get the best love and care while staying at Hearthside Kennel. The place is kept exceptionally clean. They have indoor/outdoor kennel runs. You also have the option of having your pet taken out in a large grassed fenced in yard area where they can play and run around.



        Why leave your pet enclosed in a small cage at a veternary while you are away where they don't get a lot of one on one attention , they can't get out , they dont have a lot of room to move around.

        Take your pet to Hearthside Kennel. There you can be reassured that your pet will recieve the best care.
