        Overall

        What a great place for children to learn self defense, self discipline and respect for self and others. They teach these qualities in class as well as outside the class for a well rounded student. They also work on self confidence. The instructors are great! I would highly recommend this school!!

        It's fun, it's educational, it's great! Quest teaches life skills, respect, discipline and looks at the whole student. We love it.
