Ruined my entire night going here.
Front desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude. She was short and I left feeling like I was a huge inconvenience. I'd rather sleep on the street than here. The rooms are no where near worth what you pay, they were dirty and shabby.
I've stayed at many places on the island and enjoyed all of them. This place on the other hand is a complete dump. The rooms smell like mildew. The front desk is not very helpful. The people who run the pool bar area were just looking to fight. They were constantly at end with different patrons from time to time sad the day went on my wife and I saw them scuffing with anyone who looked at them wrong. We felt very uncomfortable and could not relax. Their poor crowd management methods showed me that the place was run by a bunch of redneck hicks.
Do not stay here, try the commodore. Always happy there
This hotel made my put-in-bay experience the worst vacation of my life...and I have to some pretty bad places! They overcharge for the dumpy little room the give you for $300.. They had nothing but attitude evertime you walk in and out of the hotel. The night club is nothing more than a 50 person venue. They try to make it look and sound like its the place to be on the island but really no one even goes there! We went to the pool, which is supposed to be the largest bar/pool in the world, but all it is, is a back yard pool with a bunch of old men and no woman! Save your time and just stay somewhere else! I think I would have rather went to downtown Detroit and stayed in a roach motel!
