A beautiful facility in a convenient location. Comfortable, with as many activities as a tenant cares to do. However, there is basically no management, no problem resolution system and pretty much no one in charge. This makes it very difficult for older residents. Unless you are younger and self-sufficient, I'd look around at all available places.
