Colonial Court Apartments

don't be fooled, the apartments look nice but are falling apart. the management acts like a child and has the worst customer service i have ever seen. if you are young, white, male, or elderly say away because you are going to harassed and maybe even arrested. the management is quick to call the cops if ask for something more than once. the management is confused, misleading, and hateful. nothing will get fixed and time. plus the management will not listen to you ans will always forget what you want or need. childern run around crazy and management won't do a thing, i have had one of a kind art fall off the wall from their running. parking is confusing, some people can park in the underground parking more than once. but those people are of a different race than white, white drivers if they park in underground parking more than once (even in a vacant apartments spot) can be evicted. Stay away.
