JDL Trailer sales has been very helpful with all my RV/camping needs for a very long time. If I need a part they have it or will tell me where to get it. They had a great service team, but they have retired and they are having trouble finding replacement people who know how to fix these RV's of today. I sure hope they can. Very good and caring people to do business with.

Watch out in the parking lot. Carl will hit your parked car and say it is your fault. He is rude and belligerent. This is the last place I would recommend to buy or have a camper service.

The Go-To RV businesses.
I believe DKRV and JDL Trailer Sales in Pueblo, CO. are the “go-to” recreational vehicle service and sales businesses in Southern Colorado because of the “miracle” they performed on my camper.
Duncan Pelham of DKRV recreational vehicle service and the professionals at JDL Trailer discovered and fixed a furnace ignition problem on Oct. 19, 2016 that had haunted me for almost two years after the purchase of my 2006 Fleetwood Americana Santa Fe pop-up camper from Dee’s Trailer (now Trailer Source in Colorado Springs) in December of 2014.
The people at Trailer Source switched out the camper’s Group 27 battery for a less expensive (but new) Group 24 battery when I took possession of the camper. They did not inform me of the switch and that led to a frustrating search for the cause of the furnace ignition failure. In addition, the inline fuse of the tow vehicle charge-back system was failing because the battery would not accept the charge and then the furnace would not ignite for lack of adequate electrical power.
After numerous failed attempts to ignite the furnace and locate the problem, an internet search and an acquaintance led me to JDL. I was told that the people at JDL are knowledgeable, fair, honest, and dedicated to good customer service. They live up to their reputation. Mr. Pelham of DKRV, which is located at, and affiliated with JDL Trailer Sales, discovered the cause of the furnace ignition problem. He located and eliminated an electrical short in the power line to the furnace and he replaced the under-powered Group 24 battery with a new Interstate Group 27 battery. The furnace problem is fixed. It ignites and every electrical powered item in the camper now works properly.
Now, I am an exuberant fan of the pros at DKRV and JDL Trailer Sales and will turn to them for my future RV service and parts needs. And, some day, I may even be the proud owner of a new RV purchased from the fine people at JDL Trailer Sales, 2734 Lake Ave., Pueblo, CO.
Trust them, they are the people you want working on your RV.

I have used them twice over the last couple of years and have found them to be knowledgeable and efficient. . A couple of years ago I took a problem generator to JDL. . When I took it to JDL the tech immediately said that the problem was not that the fuel pump didn't pump but it was not the one specified by the manufacturer. He explained that generic fuel pumps don't work properly on an Onan generator. The tech ordered the correct pump, called when the pump arrived and fixed the problem.. Recently when traveling out of state I had a problem with the RV refrigerator. The out of state tech said it needed a new control board. He replaced the control board twice and also the inverter and it still didn't work, At that point he assured me that a AC Heater would fix the problem. I gave up and when I returned to Colorado I took it to JDL. JDL diagnosed the problem as incorrect wiring. They fixed the wiring and the frig works fine
