Appaling customer service at the Princeton Valet location at 3515 US1 address!!

The “upgraded” PROTECT car wash was no good on my Audi A6 S-line and left residue sticking onto the car.
So took to the self-cleaning bay. The staff at the bay (called himself José), was cocky as hell when I showed him the result of the wash. Said “thats what happens when you dont clean your car for “months”. Though he did see how sharp the car looks between residue the car auto-wash couldnt clean. And that after I told him I used to be a monthly customer for years with them, and now have returned to Princeton.
He point blank said I was lying and indicated I had 15min to self clean and had to clear the area off.
Will never let Auto Valet Princeton anywhere near my car again.

We had a great experience with Princeton taxi service, the taxi was arranged within half an hour. We will continue to avail your services in future also

I was not satisfied with the service with other car washes in the area. So today I tried this one in West Windsor. Not sure why they call it Princeton Car Wash?

Horrifying as I expected. Very expensive more so then the competition.

To begin, they did a miserable vacuum job in the interior of my car, and did not even give a once over on my mats.They and carpets were as dirty as they came in. Here was a new one, I leaned now to take all my change out of my car cup holder, but they still did not clean it. When I looked at the outside of the car, it was wet and dripping profusely. Soap was still on the car. My mats had boot prints from the employees.

I reported it to the cashier which had a chip on her shoulder called for tough guy bouncer manager with a thick NYC accent and he just argued and bullied me. Very expensive car wash to have my car look worse then it cam in. I guess I will end up washing my car myself.
